No. Most of our ventures start from our own validated pipeline inside the clusters. If you bring your own idea, we test it against the same framework. Either way you apply as a person, not a pitch.
A VC writes a cheque and watches. We co-found. Our operators work inside the venture, our balance sheet funds it, and our distribution feeds it. We only make money when the company works, same as you.
Not as an outside company. We fund what we co-found, from $350K at MVP stage up to $1-2M in Acceleration, as the venture proves itself. If you already have a startup, see below.

Yes. EIRs and FIRs earn a salary plus equity from day one. The trade between salary and equity is the difference between the two tracks.
No. We build globally and our founders build from wherever they are. Dubai is home base, and you are always welcome, never required.
